Warranty Information

Understand the warranty coverage available for your marine equipment and purchase with greater confidence.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage You Can Rely On

Every brand-new product supplied is backed by the applicable manufacturer’s standard warranty, providing coverage in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. As an international supplier, we work with leading marine manufacturers whose warranty programs are designed to support product reliability and long-term ownership. Depending on the manufacturer and product category, selected equipment may also qualify for optional extended warranty programs, offering additional protection beyond the standard coverage period. Warranty information is confirmed during the purchasing process so customers clearly understand the coverage applicable to their equipment before shipment.

Warranty support is an important part of the ownership experience, but it also depends on proper installation, operation, and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Should warranty assistance be required, our team is available to guide customers through the appropriate process and provide the necessary documentation or information to help facilitate communication with the manufacturer or authorised warranty provider. Our objective is to ensure customers receive clear guidance and professional support throughout the warranty process while protecting the value and performance of their marine investment.
